A few of us from the San Marcos Activity Center's Winter '09 Jr. NBA Basketball gathered at the AT&T Center in San Antonio to officially wrap up the season. The kids got to play on the exact same court that the Spurs would be playing on a little later that evening. They enjoyed the camaraderie!
Afterward, we joined a couple of our friends for lunch at Mi Tierra in Market Square, then let the kids burn off some of that energy at a nearby park.
To top off the evening, we enjoyed watching the Spurs beat the Timberwolves from our nose-bleed seats in section 221. This was ours and the boys' first professional basketball game, but the boys got into all the action like they had done it a million times before.
